Assoc. Prof. Tran Quang Duc
Director, Bach Khoa Cyber Security Center
Tran Quang Duc is a lecturer in the School of Information and Communication Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology and the director of Bach Khoa Cyber Security Center (BKCS). In 2013 and 2015, he received an MSc by Research and a Ph.D. in computer science, respectively, from City University London. His current research interests lie in the fields of machine learning, pattern recognition and computer security. Current and past application areas of his work include biometric authentication, network security, and multimedia security. Assoc. Prof. Tran Quang Duc served on the program committee for SOICT 2016 and SOIS 2018, 2022 conferences.

Bui Trong Tung
Deputy director, Bach Khoa Cyber Security Center
Nguyen Linh Giang is an Associate Professor in Data Communications and Computer Networks at the School of Information and Communication Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST). He received her Ph.D. in Computer science in 1995 from Georgian University of Technology, Georgia, USSR. His current research interests include network security problems such as secure data transmission, intrusion detection and prevention, biometric authentication. He has been Principal investigator of several research grants from MOET and MOST; and members of different research projects.

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Linh Giang
Head, Department of Computer Engineering
Nguyen Quoc Khanh is currently a PhD student at Bach khoa Cyber Security Center. He received the MSc in information security from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, in 2020. His current research interests include cloud security, network security, malware analysis, and IoT.

Dr. Tran Hai Anh
Deputy Head, Department of Computer Engineering
Tran Hai Anh is a Lecturer in the School of Information and Communication Technology at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Vietnam). Dr. Tran Hai Anh completed his Ph.D. at University of Paris-Est Créteil (France) in 2012. His research interests lie in Distributed Systems, Computer network architectures, algorithms and protocols, Computer and network security, Computer communications systems hardware and software technology. He has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of computer science. Dr. Tran Hai Anh has served on conference and workshop program committees for SOICT conferences since 2015.

Dr. Le Xuan Thanh

Le Van Dong is currently a PhD student at Bach Khoa Cyber Security Center. He received the MSc in information security from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam, in 2021. His current research interests include network security, digital forensics, and other security concerns towards SOCs.

Dr. Tong Van Van
Lecturer at SOICT
Tong Van Van is currently a lecturer at School of Information and Communication Technology, Ha Noi University of Science and Technology. He received the B.S. degree in Information Technology from Talented Information and Communication Technology Program at Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in Information Technology at University of Paris-Est Créteil in 2021. His interest lies in blockchain, cybersecurity, SDN and network troubleshooting. He has served on conference and workshop program committees for IEEE INFOCOM 2019 and IEEE HPSR 2021. Besides, he has reviewed for top international conferences and journals.
